At HealthyCar®, we stand behind the quality and durability of every treatment with a warranty honoured across our service network. Once your invoice is settled, our commitment kicks in: we guarantee that the products used in your treatment are free from material defects and that the workmanship is warranted, typically for one year. While we take pride in our work, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If the treated condition returns due to defects in material or workmanship during normal usage within the warranty period, our promise is to re-treat your vehicle or refund the original cost. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we back it up in writing.

The Full Policy

ubject to the following terms and conditions, this warranty will be honoured at all HealthyCar® locations throughout the service network.

Once the invoice has been paid in full, HealthyCar®, its affiliates and franchisees warrant that the products used in the treatment are free from defects in material and that the workmanship is warranted for the period stated on the front of the invoice. If not stated, a one-year warranty is implied. However, HealthyCar®, its affiliates and its franchisees shall not be liable for any damages or recurrence caused by:

  • Improper use, negligence, alteration, accident, incident, or exposure to environmental hazards outside normal use
  • New contamination introduced after treatment, including but not limited to smoking, pet incidents, food or beverage spills, vomit, or biological matter
  • Unrepaired underlying conditions such as active water leaks, HVAC malfunctions, body damage, or rust, which allow new contamination to enter the vehicle
  • Cleaning, detailing, chemical application, or interior work performed by the consumer or any third party after the HealthyCar® treatment
  • Use of the vehicle for purposes outside normal passenger or commercial transport (e.g., hauling livestock, agricultural use, hazardous material transport)

Where a treated condition returns due to defects in material or workmanship during normal usage within the warranty period specified on the front of the invoice, HealthyCar®, its affiliates or its franchisees shall re-treat the affected area without charge. If HealthyCar®, its affiliates or its franchisees are unable to achieve a satisfactory result on the covered condition, the original cost of the treatment will be refunded.

To obtain warranty service, you must bring your vehicle to the location where it was originally treated, together with a copy of the original HealthyCar® or dealership invoice as proof of purchase. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY WORK OR TREATMENTS PERFORMED BY THE CONSUMER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES. You may call [PHONE NUMBER] if assistance is required.

HealthyCar® warranties apply only to complete and proper treatment. WARRANTIES MAY BE REDUCED OR WITHDRAWN WHEN CONSUMERS ELECT INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPER TREATMENT (such as treating odour without repairing the underlying water leak, declining recommended interior component removal, or skipping recommended air quality re-testing). Such details will be noted on the front of the invoice.

ALL TREATMENT WARRANTIES EXCLUDE SITUATIONS WHERE ODOUR, MOLD, OR CONTAMINATION RETURNS DUE TO ONGOING WATER INTRUSION, RUSTED METAL, BODY DETERIORATION, OR ANY UNREPAIRED MECHANICAL OR STRUCTURAL DEFECT. IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTHYCAR®, ITS AFFILIATES OR ITS FRANCHISEES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some provinces and states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province and state to state.

To the extent permitted by law, the HealthyCar® warranty is non-transferable and becomes null and void upon change in ownership of the vehicle treated.
